Asia BPO Summit: Excellence in Solidarity


ASIA BPO SUMMIT On March 18, 2015 from 9AM to 4PM at Marriot Hotel Manila, Asia BPO Summit will feature high-profile industry leaders working together to display Southeast Asia as the premier destination of shared services and offshore outsourcing for global and regional organizations.

Marcel Greutmann, regional General Manager of Services Integration for IBM, will tell another compelling story of regional and global integration. Previously, he set up and ran delivery centers across China to provide Application Development, System Integration and Management Services.

Dan Reyes, the new Chairman of IBPAP and prominent industry pioneer, will give a captivating overview of the opportunities and risks facing the industry in Philippines as well as his company, Genpact. As well, Michael Warren from MDEC of Malaysia will give a similar update on his country’s growing success and how it compliments other countries such as Philippines.
