The facility is highly recommended for retreat, company outing or just a mere relaxation for the family who likes to breathe fresh air, have some coconut or just do nothing and practice the art of admiring the virgin forest around overlooking the lights in the city at night while having a majestic swim.

Right now only 2 hectares is developed but planning to continue the expansion this summer for the construction. Plan is to develop it to an Eco Tourism park and same time since Mr. Carranza is the team manager of the future in football which is Teen Azkals, he likes to provide this place as the training ground for grassroots.
The plan also is to promote the whole tourist attraction around the city like the Negros Museum or Negros Forest and a Ecological Foundation, Inc to help for the awareness to save the environment before it's too late. He added also that he likes to have a school here that will focus on environment awareness. He added also that the development is continually to make it more Eco friendly to visitors.
